ALL CHEMICAL SERVICES REQUIRE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ORDER TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT. We also require 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. If you cancel your appointment the day of or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the service booked for that day. If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so in a timely manner so that we can arrange for another client to take that appointment time.

An appointment via email since this is not checked frequently enough. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so by calling the salon during working hours. Thank you.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the integrity of our work as well as the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long wait periods in the salon.
We send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email within 48-hours of your appointment. At that point you may confirm or cancel your appointment online as long as it is not within the 24-hour cancellation limit.
Frizzles accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, or Checks. Please note we do not accept gratuities on credit cards or checks however, we do have an ATM here in the salon for your convenience for $2.50.
If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us immediately. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of your initial appointment. Due to the nature of our services, NO REFUNDS will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
